Flourish brought a festive Christmas Cafe pop-up to life — a cosy, winter-themed experience created for both influencers and consumers. Guests stepped into a warm, seasonal escape complete with personalised mugs, indulgent hot chocolates, gingerbread house decorating, and even a spin on the ice. Designed to spark joy and connection, every detail of the cafe was crafted to feel magical, memorable, and unmistakably Christmassy.

How we brought it to life

We conceived and produced the full pop-up experience from concept to opening day — designing the cafe space, sourcing all activations, managing the guest list across influencers, press and consumers, and ensuring every moment felt genuinely festive and on-brand. The result was an event that felt as warm and joyful as Christmas itself, generating content that kept the Carmex story alive throughout the season.
