With a background rooted in community building and creative production, working for some of the UK's largest brands, Pip brings a sharp editorial eye to everything Flourish creates. She doesn't just execute ideas — she curates them. From who's in the room, to where a moment happens, to how it's remembered online, Pip approaches every project as a cultural host and Creative Director first.
