Meet Pip

Pip founded Flourish with a clear point of view: influence should feel inspiring, not transactional, and the best brand moments come from meaningful ones.

With a background rooted in community building and creative production, working for some of the UK's largest brands, Pip brings a sharp editorial eye to everything Flourish creates. She doesn't just execute ideas, she curates them. From who's in the room, to where a moment happens, to how it's remembered online, Pip approaches every project as a cultural host and Creative Director first.

Brands don't come to Flourish just for impeccable delivery. They come for Pip's creativity: her ability to see what will resonate, who people will trust, and how to turn a brand into something people genuinely want to be part of.
